The Health Department has approximately 40 coupons for $15 off of any service at Elements Spa in Amherst for all town and school employees. This includes indoor or outdoor hot tubs, steam room, infrared sauna, and therapeutic massage for individuals or couples.
These coupons expire on 8/31/09, and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Please email carlsonk@amherstma.gov to have your coupon sent to you via interoffice mail!

Habits of Health: Begin By May 13th to Win!
If you would still like to participate in Habits of Health, our 44-day Stress Reduction Survey, you must begin your participation by May 13th in order to complete your survey by the June 26th deadline!
Habits of Health is a simple tool for measuring your daily activities that reduce stress and increase your sense of well-being and self-care. Filling out the survey takes less than 2 minutes per day, and if you return it to the Health Dept by June 26th, you will be automatically entered in a drawing to win an iPod Nano or a gift certificate for a hot-tub soak for two at Elements Spa in Amherst!
